Picadillo | without Tomato Sauce "my version"🧡
Ingredients:
• ¾ kilogram ground pork '750g
• 3 medium potatoes, diced
• 2 small carrots, diced
• 1 large onion
• 5 cloves garlic
• 1 large bell pepper
• 3 tomatoes
• 3 laurel leaves
• ½ cup green peas
• ⅓ cup dried raisins
• 1 pork broth cube
• 2 cups water
• ground black pepper
• 1 tbsp atsuete powder
• cooking oil
• 4 tbsp soy sauce (taste accordingly)

Methods:
In a heated pan put a little oil. Saute garlic for 20 seconds, then saute onion until translucent. Add the tomato and cook until soft. Add the ground pork and saute until brown. Add atsuete powder stir to dissolve. Sprinkle with pepper, add laurel leaves and soy sauce. Saute for 2 minutes.

Add the carrot and potato, stir and cook for 2 minutes. Add water and pork broth cubes. Stir and bring to a boil until the carrot and potatoes are cooked.
Add the green peas and cook for 2 minutes.
Then add the bell pepper and raisins. Simmer until the sauce is reduced.

✅Try my Pork MENUDO🤎
Ingredients:
• 750g pork + 2 ½ tbsp lemon extract / juice
• 300g pork liver + 1 tbsp lemon extract / juice
• ground black pepper
• soy sauce, taste accordingly

• 2pcs chorizo/ sausage
• 9pcs potato marbles
• 2 small carrots
• 1 medium onion
• 4 cloves garlic
• 1 bell pepper
• 6 tomatoes
• 2 bay leaves
• 2 cups hot water
• ⅓ cup tomato sauce
• ¼ cup green peas
• ¼ cup dried raisins
• cooking oil
• salt to taste
• cheese

Methods:
Marinate the pork and pork liver separately with lemon extract, soy sauce and ground black pepper for 1 hour.
Separate the marinade sauce, set aside.

In a pan with oil, fry the carrot and potatoes until light brown. Remove from pan. Fry the marinated pork liver for about 3 minutes. Remove from pan.
In the same pan, saute the garlic and onion until aromatic. Saute the tomatoes and bell pepper until soft. Add the marinated pork and bay leaves, saute for 5 minutes. Add the marinade sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add tomato sauce and water. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until the pork is tender. Add the carrot, potatoes and raisins simmer until tender. Add the pork liver, chorizo and green peas. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and salt to taste. Simmer until the flavors are absorbed and the sauce thickens.

✅️BEEF PARES | Filipino Beef Stew🤎
Ingredients:
• 700g beef sirloin
• water
• salt & seasoning granules

• ½ sliced sugarcane / panutsa de bao
• 2 tbsp ginger, chopped
• 2 small onions
• 4 cups water
• cooking oil
• star anise
• beef cube
• soy sauce & soy bean sauce

• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• ½ cup water

• 1 head garlic
• steamed rice
• scallions

Methods:
Slice the beef into cubes. Place directly in the saucepan. Add water, seasoning granules and salt.
Cover and cook for 1 hour. Stir occasionally, continue cooking until it tender and drain.

In a pan with oil, fry the garlic until toasted. Set aside. In the same pan, put the steamed rice. Add soy sauce and cook until the rice is slightly toasted.

In another pan with oil, add sugarcane and caramelize. Add the beef, cook for 2 minutes. Add the star anise, onion and ginger. Saute for a minute. Add the beef cube and water, stir.

Add soy sauce & soy bean sauce (taste accordingly). Boil for 10 minutes on medium heat. Remove the star anise. Add the "slurry" and cook until it thickens. Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle with scallions and toasted garlic. Serve with fried rice.
