We are urgently Hiring for 6wh Drivers
Qualifications:
- Male, aged 22-40, with high school diploma or above, language English and Filipino (Tagalog), holding a driver's license of C3 or above.
- Good moral character, no criminal record: Restriction 2/3).
- No record of major traffic accidents, with at least 3 years of actual driving experience in large trucks, basic English or Filipino communication skills (e.g., able to read addresses, text notifications).
- Good physical condition, able to adapt to long hours of driving or loading, strong stress resistance, capable of handling traffic congestion, weather changes, or customer complaints. Familiar with local routes, proficient in using navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze), and smartphone operations (scanning barcodes, signing electronic receipts).
- Prior experience in courier-related work is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport packages, documents, or goods along the planned route to ensure on-time delivery.
- Use a mobile app to receive orders and update delivery status. Verify cargo information (recipient, address, quantity) to prevent misdelivery or omissions. Contact recipients (via phone/SMS) to confirm delivery times or address changes. Handle refused, returned, or cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions, accurately recording cash payments. Maintain polite communication to uphold the company's image.
- Assist with warehouse loading, ensuring goods are securely fastened to prevent damage during transit. Sort and organize packages to optimize delivery sequence.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel level, tires, brakes, etc.) and report any malfunctions. Keep the vehicle clean and comply with traffic regulations to avoid violations or accidents.
