Water is the liquid of life. It is the most effective way to stay hydrated, and it’s essential not only for humans but for all living things. The human body is 60 percent water, so maintaining that level is very important in order to avoid dehydration, considering that there are plenty of ways in which the body eliminates it (through urine and sweat mostly).

I always make sure to get more water in when I first wake up in the morning . There are added benefits to doing this.

#5 Drinking water balances your lymph system. These glands help your body to perform daily functions, balance your body fluids and fight infection!

Yes, pinapalitan po namin ang cap seal every refill ng tubig.

Naexperience namin before yung mga seal hindi na pinapalitan to the point na makikita mo may itim itim na sa plastic. At ayaw po namin maranasan sa amin ng suki namin ung ganon.

Daily essential ang tubig, we make sure na malinis ang mga gallon sa loob at sa labas na dinideliver namin sa mga suki namin.
