We would like to inform our valued subscribers in GTSI–Dolores that the cause of the internet outage is a fiber cut in main line, which was affected by a fire near Victoriano’s Garden Café (landmark only).

After the fire was extinguished by the BFP, our technical team will immediately proceed with restoration works to bring the internet connection back online as soon as possible.

We would like to inform our subscribers that you may experience internet interruption due to one of our main links currently being down caused by a fire incident near MT. Zion Memorial Park in Gawaan ng Kubo.

Our team is currently waiting for the go-signal from the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) before our technicians can proceed with fixing the main line. Restoration will begin as soon as the area is declared safe.

RESTORATION COMPLETE : GTSi Infanta

We would like to inform our subscribers in GTSI Infanta, particularly in some parts of Brgy. Libjo, that their connection has now been fully restored.

The issue occurred when our main fiber line was lifted by the crew involved in the windmill transport activity, which caused damage to the fiber line.

Additionally, restoration has also been completed in Brgy. Agos-Agos, where our main line was hit by a high vehicle, resulting in fiber line damage.

This is due to ongoing windmill transport activity, which may require crews to lift fiber lines of all telecom providers, including GTSI Infanta. This may result in line degradation or possible damage to our main fiber line.
