The company started as an environmental consulting firm in 2016 registered as A.B. Marilao Consultancy Services which assists businesses in their environmental compliances and conduct of environmental and social impact assessment of various infrastructure projects which include roads, expressways, underpass, and bridges, resorts and leisure facilities, manufacturing plants, gasoline stations, buildings and real estate projects, hospitals, livestock/poultry farms, and industrial parks, among others. The company is also engaged in environmental monitoring activities of some of the major infrastructure projects of the national government such as the Metro Rail Transit Line 7 (MRT7) in Metro Manila of the Department of Transportation (DOTr), and the National Government Administrative Center (NGAC) in New Clark City, Capas, Tarlac and the Army Support Command (ASCOM) Facility in Tarlac City, Tarlac of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA).
In the past years, the company has gained the trust of its clients with its excellent and reliable performance. The company also grew by partnering with credible consultants to expand its network and services it offers.
In January 2023, the ABM Specialists Corporation was established and is now a dynamic consulting firm specializing in diverse fields of science and engineering which include:
