❗️We’re Hiring: Real-Time Analyst
We’re looking for a Real-Time Analyst to help us meet client goals by monitoring service levels, analyzing data, and supporting operations in real time 🚀
What you’ll do:
- Monitor queues and flag issues that may affect service delivery
- Manage schedule exceptions and validate off-phone activities
- Create and adjust schedules to align staffing with demand
- Maintain and update reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Work closely with Operations to ensure compliance & improvements
What we’re looking for:
- Good with numbers (percentages, probability, statistics)
- Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, charts)
- Ability to read & explain graphs and data trends
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Clear English communication (written & spoken)
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Nice to have:
- Experience with Workforce Management tools or real-time monitoring
- Background in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
