Today, Tadhana is participating in the Agusan del Norte Tourism Council Meeting, joining fellow stakeholders from government, tourism enterprises, and community partners in discussing the direction of tourism development in the province.

As an experience design company, we believe that tourism is about creating meaningful journeys, memorable events, and authentic stories that leave lasting impressions.

Whether through MICE events, conferences, festivals, learning experiences, destination activations, or community-based tourism initiatives, we look forward to contributing our expertise in designing experiences that showcase the best of Agusan del Norte.

A little story…

Last November, what started as a simple Sunday lunch meetup with high school friends, filled with good food, laughter, and stories from years gone by, became the moment when an idea found its voice.

Somewhere in between fun conversations ,we found ourselves asking, “What if we built something together?”

Looking back now, it feels like we were meant to gather that day. A fateful meeting of minds that quietly set everything in motion.

Fast forward a few months, and that conversation has grown into One Tadhana Inc., the first experience design company of its kind in Caraga.

Today, we have the privilege of designing enriching experiences for people, communities, companies, and organizations.

Funny how life works. Sometimes, your next big chapter doesn’t begin in a board meeting, it begins over Sunday lunch with friends.

🚗 Roadtrip Midyear Assessment 2026

This year, we decided to do our midyear assessment differently.

Instead of staying in one venue, we took the conversations on the road.

Every stopover had a purpose. Over coffee, meals, and quiet moments in between destinations, we talked about our wins, challenges, lessons learned, and where we want to go as a team in the months ahead.

Some of our best conversations didn’t happen in front of a projector or inside a meeting room. They happened while traveling together.

As we went from one stop to another, we realized that the roadtrip itself reflected our journey as a team. There were unexpected turns, moments to pause and recalibrate, reasons to celebrate, and opportunities to appreciate how far we’ve come.

By the time we reached our destination, we carried more than plans and action items. We carried a renewed sense of purpose, gratitude for one another, and excitement for the road ahead.

Because at One Tadhana, we believe that sometimes, the best way to move forward is to journey together. 💙
