In the spirit of community partnership and responsible corporate citizenship, CTP Construction and Mining Corporation (CTPCMC) extended its support to Barangay Adlay, Carrascal, Surigao del Sur during the celebration of its 82nd Subang Festival through the deployment of a water truck to help address the community’s water needs amid the effects of the El Niño phenomenon.

This initiative reflects CTPCMC’s commitment to its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), providing timely assistance and working hand-in-hand with the community, especially during challenging conditions.

As Barangay Adlay celebrates its rich culture, unity and heritage under the theme: “Buyawanong Adlaw, Adlay: Katawhan na Nagkahiusa Sauna Hangtud Kuman, Ato Ipadajon"

𝑪𝑻𝑷𝑪𝑴𝑪 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 1𝒔𝒕 𝑪𝑴𝑯𝑹𝑴𝑪𝑰 𝑯𝑹 𝑭𝒐𝒓𝒖𝒎

CTP Construction and Mining Corporation (CTPCMC) participated in the 1st CMHRMCI HR Forum held on October 1, 2026, at the Gateway Hotel in Surigao City.

With the theme “Mining People Forward: Unearthing the Future of HR in Mining.” the forum brought together human resource practitioners from mining companies across the Caraga Region to discuss current and emerging HR practices in the mining industry.

The forum focused on key HR areas, including Talent Acquisition, Training and Development and Labor Relations. These topics were discussed by TESDA Caraga Regional Director Florencio F. Sunico Jr., CESO III, and DOLE Caraga Chief Labor and Employment Officer and TSSD Head Ms. Annie C. Tangpos.

CTPCMC’s participation in the forum reflects the company’s commitment to continuous learning and professional development, particularly in strengthening its human resource practices.

The 1st Management Review of CTPCMC’s Integrated Management System (IMS) for the 1st Semester of CY 2026 was successfully conducted on September 23, 2026, at the CTPCMC Conference Room.

The activity was attended by Top Management Representatives, Process Owners, the Internal Audit Team, and Service Contractors. The review focused on the Company’s IMS performance, compliance obligations, objectives and targets, risks and opportunities, adequacy of resources, and areas for continual improvement.

The activity reflects CTPCMC’s commitment to maintaining an effective IMS and continuously improving its processes in support of quality, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety.

CTP Construction and Mining Corporation (CTPCMC) strengthens the knowledge, skills and sense of responsibility of its security personnel through an Enhancement Seminar on Security Professions and Gun Safety, facilitated by RISE TOP SECURITY TRAINING ACADEMY INC., in collaboration with RCSU 13.

The seminar highlights the importance of professionalism, discipline, safety and responsible practices in the field of security. It provides an avenue for security professionals to enhance their knowledge and skills while reinforcing their commitment to maintaining a safe and secure working environment.

Through continuous learning and professional development, CTPCMC promotes a more competent, disciplined and safety-conscious security workforce. The initiative reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening security practices and fostering a culture of responsibility and safety across its operations.
