Kinilala sa buong lalawigan bilang natatanging magsasaka at mangingisda o Provincial Outstanding Young Farmer Organization 2019 ang Sierra Alpha 4-H Club at ang City Agricultural and Fishery Council (CAFC) ng Science City of Muñoz bilang Provincial Outstanding City Agricultural and Fishery Council 2019. Ginawaran din ng sertipiko ng pagkilala o Certificate of Recognition si Ms. Liza C. Carbonel bilang Katangi-tanging Kababaihan sa Pagsasaka at Pangingisda sa Kanayunan o Provincial Outstanding Rural Women of 2019.

Ang naturang programa ay isang programa ng Provincial Agricultural Office upang kilalanin ang mga organisasyon at indibidwal para sa kanilang natatanging paggawa ukol sa agrikultura. Ginanap ang Provincial Gawad Saka 2019 noong December 5, 2019 sa Nueva Ecija Convention Center, Singalat, Palayan City.
