✅At least 6 Months Experience – Hands-on graphic design work
✅Tool-Savvy – Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, Capcut etc
✅Creative & Curious – You enjoy exploring new ideas and concepts
✅Strong Visual Composition – You understand balance, layout, and branding
✅Collaborative – You work well with teammates and clients
✅Marketing-Aware – You understand how design supports strategy
🌻Social Media Manager, hope you have these qualities:
✅Marketing / SMM Experience – Managing social media platforms; Meta, Tiktok, LinkedIn and know to navigate YouTube is a plus
✅Content-Driven – Skilled in creating engaging, on-brand content
✅Strong Communicator – Clear, kind, and intentional
✅Analytical Thinker – Uses insights to improve performance
✅Organised & Reliable – Manages multiple accounts and deadlines
✅Critical Thinker – Solves challenges creatively
✅Team Player – Works closely with creatives and clients
✅Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with social media tools
