Ever wonder what tasks to delegate to your Virtual Assistants?

Here are three helpful tips (3 Lists to Freedom) you should try to help you delegate your time more effectively and boost productivity. You should take note of the following and start from there:

1. Things you hate doing. Write down what are those things that you dislike doing on a day-to-day basis in your business. This could be anything from Bookkeeping to Administration.

2. Things you can’t do yourself. Write down those things that you don't have any experience in for your daily elements like Social Media Marketing to Graphic Designing.

3. Things you shouldn’t be doing. Think to yourself what you shouldn't be doing. Remember, you are not a superhero that you can save everyone in one time.

Do not waste your time thinking anymore. You should be focusing more on the most important matters in your business and not the clerical ones.
