Are you an experienced Workforce Management professional with a strong background in operational excellence and team leadership? We are looking for a dynamic Senior Workforce Management Manager to join our growing team.

Experience Required:
12–14+ years in Workforce Management, including 8–10 years in leadership or management roles.

Hands-on Expertise in:
WFM tools such as NICE, Verint, Aspect, Genesys, or other industry-standard platforms
Telephony systems such as Avaya, Cisco, Amazon Connect, Five9, or other leading contact center technologies

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Location: Cebu, Work from Office
