Job Summary:
The Account Executiveโ€™s task is primarily to build sales by prospecting for new clients and generate future income by nurturing existing customer relationships. It may plan, develop, and execute sales strategies often to meet an established quota.

Job Description:
1. Services accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
2. Focuses sales efforts by establishing new customers.
3. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
4. Conducts market intelligence on competitorโ€™s activities, including product or service pricing and sales techniques, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
5. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
6. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
7. Makes sales presentations to potential customers and prepares bids and contracts.
8. Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Basic Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and presentation skills.
3. Completion of a Bachelorโ€™s degree in business or other related disciplines and at least a year of experience in related field.
4. Has established a customer-base or has build a strong relationship with prospect clients.
