Pruning removes what is dead or diseased, clears what blocks sunlight, and improves airflow, creating space for healthier growth.
In the same way, God sometimes prunes our spiritual lives, removing distractions, unhealthy habits, misplaced priorities, and things that keep us from bearing greater fruit.
Pruning can hurt, but it does not mean God has abandoned us. The challenge is to trust the Vinedresser even when the cutting hurts. God does not prune to leave us empty; He prunes with purpose, making room for greater fruit in the next season.
