My apology dear clients, your messages might not be catered or responded right away, this is due to the demands of the clients that I catered per day.

Sometimes, the ratio of my work is 1 is to 5 per day, I managed the work by importance of deliveries. But I know all of you are important.

After the flood control issue that had happened, so many application were pending and now has been normally processed again.

In view of this situation, I know handling the pcab license of clients is not easy. Because even me, it took 1 year before I mastered everything.

But I am only 1 human being and my clients are 40% growing for the fiscal year 2026-2027.

So, I have decided to hire an assistant exclusive for the Pcab License Assistance only.

Since then, I am hoping for a better and improve service.

PCAB Makati has now facing internal issues, possible that's still connected to the previous issues of the government against them.
