For the information of everyone

I started my Pcab License Assistance Business from 2015 until the present 2026.

For 12 years I served the clients with sincerity and professionalism.

However, this year is the first time I encountered mental stress due to the many changes of the rules and regulations in PCAB under new administration of the government.

So many applications were DISAPPROVED due to the financial Statements and few were minor concerns.

In view of this, I will do everything for the application to be APPROVED, assess the problem and find a remedy so that the clients will not be frustrated.

Until such time, i asked myself, is 6000 SERVICE ASSISTANCE FEE worth it of the mental stress that i received?

Until my messenger was corrupted and my mind was absolutely tired.

Now, i would like to inform everyone, I will not be SIGNING OFF for the Pcab license assistance

But this will not be my first priority anymore for 2027 and the next years to come. I will focus with my other businesses anymore.

For this year, i will do my best to trace the clients, whomever I've taken for granted during the time my messenger was corrupted and my mind was so tired solving problems for the failed applications.

Yan nalang muna ang priority ko na matapus ang naiwanan ko na mga clients nuon. I will find or trace them.

I will finish everything and next year, PCAB LICENSE ASSISTANCE will not be closed but instead, this will be the least of my priorities already.

I will still entertain questions and inquiries next year but i will not be the same energetic as before during my 12 years of services with my clients.

Next year, I will be focusing on a new journey
1. My documentation services assistance EXCLUSIVE FOR CEBU CITY ONLY and my construction company
2. I will continue my degree in SPED, soon i will take the MASTERAL DEGREE FOR SPED AND THEN DOCTORAL DEGREE and take the board exam

Sa PCAB my mind was TERRIBLY TIRED but with my other businesses, at least all aspects will be used like MENTAL, EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL

My apology dear clients, your messages might not be catered or responded right away, this is due to the demands of the clients that I catered per day.

Sometimes, the ratio of my work is 1 is to 5 per day, I managed the work by importance of deliveries. But I know all of you are important.

After the flood control issue that had happened, so many application were pending and now has been normally processed again.

In view of this situation, I know handling the pcab license of clients is not easy. Because even me, it took 1 year before I mastered everything.

But I am only 1 human being and my clients are 40% growing for the fiscal year 2026-2027.

So, I have decided to hire an assistant exclusive for the Pcab License Assistance only.

Since then, I am hoping for a better and improve service.
