IT SPECIALIST
IT Specialist is responsible for leading and developing various IT functions. We are looking for someone who is excited by the idea of building a team from scratch and having influence in shaping the direction of a smaller organization.
Duties and Key Responsibilities:
> Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
> Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
> Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
> Repairing equipment and replacing parts.
> Checking computer equipment for electrical safety.
> Maintaining records of software licenses.
> Ensuring that systems are operational all the time.
> Managing company assets, software applications and IT consumables.
> Developing and Maintaining internal systems.
> Risk management and maintaining of good security of confidential.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any related course.
2. Preferably knowledgeable in VICIDIAL.
3. Preferably at least 1 year experience in BPO industry.
4. Must be able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
5. Must be focused and have strong organizational skills.
6. Must be able to troubleshoot network and system issues.
7. Can work with minimal supervision.
8. Creative and good problem solving skills.
9. Willing to work on flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and graveyard shifts.
10. It would be an advantage if you have skills in Linux and MySQL.
