We realized that being a "Great Doer" is the biggest trap for a "Great Leader." 🪤🚀

It's a common pattern that the most dedicated leaders were also the company’s "Primary Operational Anchors." They were so good at fixing problems themselves that they’d accidentally become the bottleneck.
