FIRSTPEAK DUMAGUETE is in NEED of;
(1) CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT
The Customer Care Assistant is responsible for ensuring that all technical and non-technical customer concerns will be given adequate response. This role is expected to maintain a positive and functional relationship between the organization and its customers.
Responsibilities:
•Answer technical and non-technical customer concerns via phone, chat, email, or any platform that may be utilized to establish customer relations.
•Resolve customer complaints in a timely and respectful manner, making sure to meet the prescribed delivery metrics of the team.
•Collect and relay useful information during the course of customer interaction that will help us provide better services and products.
•Conduct post-sales drop-in calls to gain understanding of the customer’s experience of our products and services.
•Participate in and perform other duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications:
•Candidate must be a Bachelor’s degree holder.
•Preferably with 1-2 years' experienced in Customer Care.
•Must have proven ability to deliver under pressure.
•Must be comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Candidate must be willing to be assigned in Lumina Phase 1, Cantil-e, Dumaguete City.
• Willing to be trained in CEBU CITY.
Required Skills:
•Communication – must have above average command of the English language, must be fluent in Filipino as well; has the ability to establish rapport with any individual regardless of socio-economic background
•Proactive – has the initiative to learn and take action; displays enthusiasm in taking on tasks and participating in learning activities; displays eagerness in delivering the required output of the tasks being performed.
•Organization – must have the ability to work between tasks seamlessly; ability to handle multiple tasks by being able to prioritize and compartmentalize as may be required by the role.
•Adaptability – should be able to adjust behavior and response as may be required by the situation; can handle pressure without sacrificing the quality of work being delivered.
