Hiring for B2B Outbound Sales
- Actively engage with potential clients to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to convert leads into customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both B2B and B2C clients
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales avenues
What we're looking for
- Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills to convert leads into sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and support
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and the ability to think strategically
