From Bacolod to Cebu! What a pleasure and honor to host Sir Charlie Co, Ms Anne Co, & Sir Raul Arambulo. It was such an inspiration for us to hear about Orange Project’s 20 year journey. We’ve got a long way to go but hearing about your experience and success in building creative spaces for fellow artists and makers showed us that we’re off to a good start. Hello, Makers! Please be advised that Cebu Making Space will be closed on the following dates in observance of our upcoming national holidays:

🗓️ August 21 (Friday) – Ninoy Aquino Day
🗓️ August 31 (Monday) – National Heroes Day

Regular operations will resume the day after each holiday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

We’re still thinking about last Friday night over and over 🪷 We bloomed alongside julia q.🪷 for her very first EP launch, Lotus.

Right after her midnight release, our studio transformed into an intimate sanctuary. It was the perfect space for Julia to share her journey as an independent Cebuana artist, complete with beautiful guest sets from Reanne Borela and IIICCCYYY .

Last Tuesday, Mitchelito Orquiola celebrated another trip around the sun with a 4-hr session painting a live tribute to the Sto. Niño while DJ Rome 🌏 laid down the soundtrack for the night.

Tonight, he’s taking over Making Space with a live painting session while DJ Rome Earth spins the soundtrack. No script, no rehearsals just art, music, and whatever happens in the moment.
