We have received reports of individuals falsely claiming to be official agents of Digistamps. These individuals visit offices, present sample stamps, and request downpayments from clients.

Please be advised that:
❌ They are NOT connected or affiliated with Digistamps.
❌ We do NOT have agents or canvassers visiting offices.
❌ We do NOT collect payments in person through unauthorized representatives.

✅ All official transactions are conducted only through our physical stores and online shop.

If you happen to encounter anyone claiming to be our agent, please do not engage and report the incident to us immediately.

Stay vigilant and transact only through official Digistamps channels.
