💼 VA Social Media Specialist
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms and analytics tools.
- Knows basic graphic designing
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple brands or clients is a plus.

💼 Customer Service Representative/Sales Assistant
- 1–3 years of experience using Capsule CRM or a similar CRM platform
- At least 1 year of experience preparing quotations using price lists, spreadsheets, or quoting software
- Experience managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- At least 1 year of experience in a Personal Assistant or administrative support role in a sales support or customer service role
- Ability to work independently and proactively support a busy manager

💼 VA Sales
