1. Classic Brownies
Ingredients
• 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
• 1 cup Sugar
• 2 Large Eggs
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
• 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
• 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F. Grease an 8×8 inch pan.
2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar.
3. Add eggs and vanilla, whisk well.
4. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Mix gently.
5. Pour batter into pan and bake for 20–25 minutes.
6. Cool completely before cutting.
2. Walnut Brownies
Ingredients
• 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
• 1 cup Sugar
• 2 Large Eggs
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
• 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
• 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
• 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F.
2. Mix butter and sugar.
3. Add eggs and vanilla.
4. Fold in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and walnuts.
5. Bake for 22–27 minutes.
6. Let cool, then slice.

Ingredients

• 1 cup Brown Sugar
• 2 Large Eggs

• 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder

• 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F.
2. Mix butter and brown sugar.

6. Bake 18–22 minutes for extra fudgy texture.
4. Chocolate Chip Brownies

• 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Ingredients
• 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
• 1 cup Sugar
• 2 Large Eggs
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
• 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
• 1/3 cup Peanut Butter
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F.
2. Prepare brownie batter as usual.
3. Pour batter into pan.
4. Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter on top and swirl with a knife.
5. Bake for 22–25 minutes.
6. Salted Caramel Brownies
Ingredients
• 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
• 1 cup Sugar
• 2 Large Eggs
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
• 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
• 1/4 cup Caramel Sauce
• 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F.
2. Prepare brownie batter.
3. Pour into pan, drizzle caramel sauce on top.
4. Sprinkle sea salt.
5. Bake for 22–25 minutes.
6. Cool before cutting.
