JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary:
Payroll Officer is to administer the timely, accurate & relevant processing & recording of payroll and other areas of Accounting and makes recommendations to achieve the goals & plans of the
organization.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Administers payroll and compensation and benefit plans computations
2. Maintaining accurate data & system changes
3. Timely & accurate processing of end-to-end payroll including Salary package, Leave Management and Statutory mandated by the government
4. Updating & maintaining payroll records by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, disability, and non-taxable wages
5. Assist with monthly, quarterly or year-end calculations of 13th month and other salary based compensation
6. Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests
7. Calculation of employment termination payments
8. Report payroll on expenses
9. Assisting managements with review of for nightly payroll reports
10. Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures, and reporting needed changes
11. Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operation by keeping information confidential
12. Performs other duties that maybe assigned by the management from time to time
General Responsibilities and Values:

- Enforce financial control throughout the department, helping with control of operating expenses.
- Attends department meetings and trainings.
- Practice hygienic sanitation at all times.
- Complies with all the Policies and Procedures of Wisewolf Security Services, Inc.
- Performs any other duties and tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors.
Job Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
Knowledge: Any background in relating Business Administration or Management in relation to Accounting
Experience: At least 2-3 years experience as Payroll Officer, with knowledge of Labor Legislation and experience in Accounting
Technical Skills: MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint); HRIS (if applicable)
General Skills: Coordination work, presentation, strong problem solving skills, strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to details & accuracy, Excellent communication and people skills.
Behavioral Qualities: Flexible and able to work under pressure, mature and independent, open and willing to learn, results-oriented and able to deal/work with people, Aptitude in problem solving.
