WE ARE LOOKING FOR A BILINGUAL VA FLUENT IN VIETNAMESE

Hirebiz Med is looking for qualified candidates to join our team as Medical Virtual Assistants supporting healthcare operations.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound patient calls
- Schedule, confirm, and follow-up appointments
- Perform insurance verification and prior authorizations
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Provide professional and friendly patient assistance

Qualifications:
- High School/Senior High Graduate, or College Graduate (healthcare-related courses preferred; graduates from other courses may also apply) with at least 6 months healthcare-related experience (Medical VA, clinic support, healthcare BPO account, etc.)
- Fresh graduates from medical allied courses are welcome
- Willing to work 100% onsite
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized

We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Medical Biller to join our team onsite! If you have a background in US healthcare and medical billing, we want to hear from you.

Location: General Maxilom Avenue, Cebu City
Start Date: ASAP
Work Setup: Onsite, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process and submit medical claims to insurance companies
Handle insurance verifications, authorizations, billing follow-ups, and appeals
Work with providers and patients to resolve billing issues
Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations and billing standards

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in US healthcare and medical billing
Familiar with billing software (e.g., Tebra, Kareo, etc.) and insurance processes
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be willing to work onsite
