Level Up Events Consultancy facilitated the teambuilding activity of the Cebu Alliance of Tour Operation Specialists (CATOS) last May 17, 2019 at Adlawon Vacation Farm as per invitation by their President Ma'am Alice Queblatin.

The teambuilding was part of their familiarization tour sponsored by Atty. Danny Ortiz and Dr. Melinda Ortiz, the owners of Adlawon Vacation Farm. Thank you very much for the warm welcome. Also, to their manager Ms. Joan Rivera for the assistance. Highly appreciated.

Level Up Events Consultancy facilitated the company teambuilding activity of Cosmopolitan Funeral Homes, Inc. (CFHI) in their three branches in Northern Mindanao namely: Cagayan de Oro, Iligan and Valencia. This was held at their branch in Cagayan de Oro City and participated in by around 30 of their staff which includes office clerks, branch managers, drivers and embalmers.

The President and CEO of CFHI, Mr. Oly Dychangco was there to do the Opening Remarks as well as their HR Manager Ms. Jacqueline Baguio who assisted the facilitator Mr. Bert Mendoza in the course of the teambuilding activity.

Level Up Events Consultancy organized the Women's Day Celebration of Barangay Alang Alang, Mandaue City through the invitation of Councilor Algen Teh, the Chair for the Committee on Women and Children last March 30, 2019, Saturday at the ALS Learning Center in Brgy. Alang Alang, Mandaue City.

Around 40 barangay women participated in the event. The day started with a registration of attendees. After the registration, the participants engaged in a 30 minute Zumba routine led by Ms. Ana Velasquez.

Avon Philippines conducted a one hour make up demo to empower barangay women to look good and be confident with their own skin. Ms. Malone Inoc shared her success story with Avon and how she succeeded in making it big here. Those who were interested were given free registration for franchise dealership.

Ms. Chona Marie S. Pillena, a Financial Advisor from Sunlife Grepa Financial, Inc. gave a talk on Financial Management for Housewives to teach our women in the barangay to save more and spend less. She encouraged our participants to save for the future.

After the lunch break, Ms. Gem Bautista presented to the participants the products and business opportunities of Personal Collection, another direct selling company. Ms. Marilou Macoy invited our participants to be franchise dealers of Personal Collection.

The day culminated with a livelihood training which is Siomai Cooking. The participants were grouped into 4 teams namely:

Group 1 Siomai Best
Group 2 Siomai Sa Alang Alang
Group 3 Siomai Momsi
Group 4 Baby Siomai

A step by step cooking procedure was shown on screen and our participants followed the cooking procedure. At the end of the session, Barangay Captain Dr. Patricio Soco tasted the finished products. The result of the contest as follow:

1st Siomai Sa Alang Alang
2nd Siomai Momsi
3rd Baby Siomai
4th Siomai Best

The participants were awarded and given certificates of participation.
