"August 21" is Ninoy Aquino Day, a celebration of the lasting legacy of Senator Benigno 'Ninoy' Aquino Jr. in Philippine political history. His steadfast commitment to democratic ideals and his civic courage were instrumental in shaping the path toward the restoration of Philippine democracy.

𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐭. 𝐄𝐳𝐞𝐤𝐢𝐞𝐥 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐨

Today, we come together as Josenians to honor the life and legacy of St. Ezekiel Moreno, a man who devoted himself to God and to the service of others, especially the poor and the sick.

His life was a testament to courage, compassion, and steadfast faith. Through the challenges he faced, he continued to offer hope and extend God’s love to those around him, reminding us that true service begins with a heart willing to care.

May his example inspire us to live with greater faith, to serve with compassion, and to be a source of hope to those who need it most. May we especially remember in our prayers those who are sick, suffering, and facing difficult times.

St. Ezekiel Moreno, pray for us.

Opening week was about more than just completed posts and happy faces; it was about everything that transpired in between.

Here's a look at what happened when the cameras weren't exactly rolling, from last-minute planning and small behind-the-scenes moments to the laughs and unexpected chaos. It was a little hectic and messy, but it was well worth it. Let's begin the semester with positive energy, wonderful people, and unforgettable memories.

Even though the semester has only just begun, we are already creating memorable moments.

We began the first week of classes by catching up with our fellow students and asking them about their experiences returning to campus, from their expectations and first-day thoughts to the small things they are looking forward to this semester.

As JOFest: Where Every Toy Finds a Home brought the USJ-R Main Campus to life, we were honored to be part of this vibrant celebration through our collaboration with IIEE. Together, we welcomed fellow Josenians to an interactive booth filled with creativity, connection, and fun.

We are grateful to have received a Certificate of Participation and the Lightyears Ahead: The Breakout Booth award. These recognitions are a testament to the hard work, dedication, and teamwork behind our booth.

Thank you to everyone who visited, participated, and supported us throughout Day 1 and Day 2. Your enthusiasm made this experience even more meaningful.
