Vraian V. Arbutante | Where Confidence Finds Its Voice

Every trainer hopes their lessons stick. Vraian loves seeing the moment they finally do. After 11 years with MPower Energy at Fusion CX Cebu, he still gets excited watching someone go from "I'm not sure I can" to confidently owning the conversation. A teacher by profession, he may have traded a traditional classroom for a training room, but the mission never changed: make learning feel less overwhelming, coach with patience, and celebrate every step forward because that's where real growth begins.

Once the workday ends, it's a completely different playlist. Think videoke sessions, creating content for nearly 70K TikTok followers, sushi on the table, and coffee that's absolutely non-negotiable. He might look serious at first, but he's always up for a good laugh. In fact, during intense work moments, his brain occasionally slips into "meme mode" for a split second... just enough to keep things human.
