Home-based call center job (Raffa BPO)
Work at home, control your time, have some flexibility and enjoy work-life balance, while earning up to P80,000 per month. If you have a day job, you can do this at night. We prefer those with call center experience and a little of bit knowledge in Finance (although not required). Please send us your resume. Interview: We will contact you for the scheduled interview. We prefer to do it personally in the office. We are located in Cogon Ramos (near Ramos Market), Cebu City. For applicants outside Cebu, we can do the interview through Skype.
Contract: Once hired, we will send you the contract right away.
Training: We can have the training done in our office or thru Skype. Minimum training duration is 8 hours, although this may vary depending on the skills and abilities of the agent.
Computer and other requirements:
1. Computer Specs:
Processor: at least 3rd Generation Processor
RAM: minimum of 4GB or higher
HDD: At least 120GB or higher
Operating System: At least Windows 7 with server pack 2 or later versions
Headset: Preferably Plantronics Audio 628 Headset, or Equivalent Logitech H340
2. At least 3mb speed of Internet connection
3. Skype Account
Minimum Work Hours: You shift starts from 5PM to 2AM because we catering to UK clients. You must be able to take calls at least 4 hours dedicated call-time daily from Monday to Friday. Not necessarily consecutive.
