Its objectives are:

1. To provid

e quality and relevant books and other academic resources to
information stakeholders at reasonably competitive prices.
2. To actively participate in the Book Industry Development in the Region, geared
towards the development of the greater community.
4. To provide expert advice through consultation on developing library collections
and collection management action plans meeting the standards/requirements of
accreditation. Co. envisions itself as a trustworthy partner of educational institutions in basic education, vocational, and tertiary levels in building libraries that provide resources to meet the changing needs of users in a global information society.
