TALISAY CITY, September 28--Murder prime suspect Jessie Largo, is NOT FOUND in the address identified by Talisay City Police.

According to the Office of Talisay City Prosecutor Benjo Luther A. Marion, Largo was served three times this month but he was not found in the address specified in the complaint, Zone 6, Urban Poor, Barangay Dumlog, Talisay City.

Largo was the primary suspect of the murder of 22 year old John Ronli Calizar, in the boarding house of alleged girlfriend Katherine Cabungcag in barangay Lawaan 1 same city last month.

According to Fiscal Macion's office, the warrant server served the subpoena for Largo last September 4,6 and 8 but was accordingly not found.

Macion's office said they are waiting for a new address to be provided by the police for the subpoena to be received.

The new address or addresses will be filed as a supplemental affidavit to the initial complaint filed last August 29.

Talisay City Police Chief Jason Villamater when asked by the victim's mother, Ferliza Calizar-Contratista, said he has not received any information from the investigator.

"I will instruct the investigator to report to the Prosecutor's Office tomorrow," Villamater said.
Earlier he assured Contratista that all efforts are made in the investigation of Calizar's murder.

He even said they are verifying reports that Largo accordingly was involved in some shooting incidents lately.

Calizar was sleeping at Cabungcag's boardinghouse past three in the morning of August 26, when Largo forced himself in and with a companion, shot him several times.

Police were able to produce the sketch of the second suspect identified only as Alias Bata who shot Calizar with a long firearm.

Cabungcag, admitted to have been in a relationship with Largo but was already separated for three weeks.

She said Largo arrived and destroyed the jalousie windows prompring her to open the door.

She accordingly changed her mind to close the door but was instead pushed away by Largo who proceeded in shooting Calizar.

Police recovered 8 caliber .45 slugs and 5 from 9mm revolver and another four from an undetermined caliber.

Largo according to the information gathered by police from other units is a hitman of a drug lord in Talisay City and has links to the known Franz Sabalones.

Sabalones was included in President Rodrigo Duterte's list.

Calizar and Cabungcag were co workers in M
ang Inasal Hypermart Basak branch for a month.

He is survived with two sons, ages 2 and 1 from a common law wife.

The Office of the Presidential Assistant for the Visayas (OPAV) and Mandaue City Government pledged an undetermined amount for information reward.

While Talisay City government promised P50,000 for any valid information given to TCPO.

Contratista is an employee of the Philippine Information Agency-Cebu (PIA) under the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO).(fcc)
