The founder and owner/proprietor Invictus "Tuts" Paradela has had several years of experience in the real estate industry and was in fact a writer for Cebu Daily News (CDN) on real estate matters for more than two years at the earlier part of the industry boom. He has been educated by the top schools in the Philippines (Ateneo de Manila University and University of San Carlos), earning post graduate degrees, including and MBA. FilAsia Realty is blessed to have an inhouse legal consultant in the person of Atty. He has more than 12 years of experience in his profession, a big part of which has been handling real estate related cases of various kinds. His practice spans not just the Philippines but internationally, as well. FilAsia Realty also has several technical consultant on various aspects of the industry, including construction, from design, structural, project management, and the like, whose knowledge and experience buyers can benefit from. FilAsia Realty also has well trained managers and sellers who will be most patiently willing to answer your questions and concerns, whether you are a first time buyer or an advanced investor.
