NOT SO RISKY is where we share what we’ve learned along the way, making the process of brewing more approachable while still giving you room to explore.

This weekend, we’re opening two sessions:
Advanced Brewing on August 15, 10AM–3PM,
followed by Barista 101 on August 16, 10AM–3PM.

A weekend dedicated to brewing with more intention, precision, and confidence.
