♥ ORDER FORM SERVES AS A FORMAL CONTRACT BETWEEN LENE'S FAB AND THE CLIENT.
♥ CLIENTS ARE BOUND TO OUR POLICIES ONCE HE/SHE CONFIRMED THE ORDER. Patience is a must, we have to wait for the arrival of the item/s.
♥ Be prepared for the DELAYS; we cannot control this issue, >>>> it may be the following issues: shi
pping, supplier, typhoon.
♥ Alternate order is a must. We do not guarantee the availability of the item due to high demand to our supplier. Browse items from our page. *Check quantity, colors and sizes available

4. Item/s will be served as SOLD upon submitting the order form to us. Your orders are already considered as FINAL. Items can no longer be cancelled.
*Lene’s Fab will not be liable for delays or errors due to request for changes (recipient, delivery address, and courier) of placed orders. ORDER CONFIRMATION:
♥ After sending your order/s, wait for our reply for us to check the availability of your orders.
♥ All orders verified by Lene's Fab must also verify by the customer just to make sure that all your orders on our record are all correct and complete.
♥ We will not process your orders if you fail to reply on our e-mail/txt about your orders that we had verified.
♥ Kindly prepare for your payment If you have agreed on your verified order/s. RESERVATION POLICY:
♥ If you want to reserve an item, partial payment is required which is half of your total bill.
♥ We DO NOT accept refund of your payment once you have reserved an item.
♥ STRICTLY NO RETURN/REFUND OR EXCHANGE OF ORDER/S.
♥ This reservation policy both applies to RESELLERS AND RETAIL CUSTOMERS.
♥ Partial payment is just an assurance to us that you are really interested of buying the item. On this way, we could prevent bogus buyer and joy reserver. Let us not waste each other’s time. Return/Damage Policy
1. Lene’s Fab DOES NOT, and WILL NOT ship out damaged items.
2. Our items are double checked before we ship it out to our customers.
3. If still, a customer receives a damage item, we will be happy to replace it provided:
4. *We are informed via e-mail with picture of the damaged item/s received.
5. *We are informed within the day the package is received. (FOR STRICT IMPLEMENTATION)
6. For situations when we are unable to ship all of the customer's paid orders, most probably due to damaged stock, we will include the amount of the unshipped item/s in your package upon shipment.

1. Lene’s fab will ship via LBC. *THERE IS A SHIPPING RISK. We will not be liable for damages incurred due to mishandling of the courier.
2. Customer's orders will be shipped within 2 working days after confirmation of payment. Please allow us one day to confirm your payments after you inform us.
3. Expect to receive your package within 3-4 working days AFTER shipment.
4. We will be posting package's tracking number for your references. Payment Policy
1. Customers are given 24 hours (2 days) to settle/pay for their placed orders.
2. We will automatically cancel placed orders that have not been paid within 24 hours.
3. Customers with two (2) cancelled placed orders will be banned from our page.
