Our main facilitator was invited by the International Federation of Professional Managers Philippines and the Certified Human Resource Professional Philippines to speak on the topic: “Creating a Learning Culture in the Workplace.”

While the session was conducted online, which presented some challenges, we effectively leveraged technology, to facilitate interaction and keep the audience engaged. This allowed us to deliver a dynamic and participatory learning experience, similar to what we achieve in face-to-face sessions.
