Job Description: Billing and Accounting Officer

The Billing and Collection Officer is responsible for preparing accurate billing statements, monitoring accounts receivable, and ensuring the timely collection of payments. The role also includes handling petty cash and maintaining proper financial records to support the company’s cash flow and overall financial operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare and issue monthly and semi-monthly billing statements to clients.
• Monitor outstanding bills and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and coordinate with clients regarding billing concerns.
• Maintain and update accounts receivable records accurately.
• Handle and monitor petty cash transactions, ensuring proper documentation and replenishment.
• Reconcile billing records and collections with accounting reports.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to billing and collections.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or any related course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Trustworthy and able to maintain high confidentiality standards.
