We are honored to formally announce Premier Family Business Consulting’s Knowledge Partnership with Rotary International District 3860 for DISCON Cebu 2026.
The ceremonial signing with District Governor Jong Fernandez, DISCON 2026 Chair Herminia E. Go , and Past District Governor Lilu Alino represents a shared commitment to stewardship, ethical leadership, continuity, and service that strengthens not only organizations but also families and communities across generations.
Anchored on this year’s theme, “United in Purpose. United in Action. Unite for Good,” the partnership naturally aligns with Premier’s long-standing advocacy of helping families in business build continuity through governance, succession planning, leadership development, and family unity.

Across the country, many family enterprises continue to serve as quiet pillars of employment, opportunity, and community stability. Yet many families also carry important questions surrounding succession, governance, leadership transition, and continuity across generations.
Too often, these conversations only begin during moments of conflict or crisis. But continuity is rarely accidental. Multigenerational continuity must be intentionally designed.
This partnership aims to normalize conversations about stewardship, responsible leadership, and generational continuity before those moments arise, raising awareness of the entire field of family enterprise science, which helps families navigate these transitions thoughtfully and systematically.
