We, the members of 80 / 20 Resource Solutions & Consultancy, Inc. (80/20 RSCI) personally believe in the principle of Pareto Optimality. The Law of the Vital Few emphasizes the importance of focusing energies and resources on the 20% critical activities which generate 80% of the value. This principle also applies to all aspects - may it be time, capital, manpower, networks, customer

relations, facilities, etc. Because resources are limited, as the business landscape becomes increasingly competitive, managers need to ensure the optimal utilization of resources. Additionally, even as markets expand and open forth opportunities for growth, the global economy also opens up the field for multinational competitors. Since time is a limited resource, which cannot be procured and purchased, proactive leaders need to delegate operational routines so they can concentrate on the things that really matter. It is our passion to guide organizations to focus on the value-generating activities which would generate more significant results for the company stockholders and its important stakeholders – employees, suppliers, customers and strategic partners.

As part of 80/20 RSCI’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitment, our team recently partnered with the Local Government Unit of Tudela to conduct a community lecture on “The Teenage Mindset".

We held two parallel sessions:

• For teenagers – “The Teenage Mindset and Making Better Choices”
• For parents – “The Teenage Mindset and How to Deal with Them”
