We, the members of 80 / 20 Resource Solutions & Consultancy, Inc. (80/20 RSCI) personally believe in the principle of Pareto Optimality. The Law of the Vital Few emphasizes the importance of focusing energies and resources on the 20% critical activities which generate 80% of the value. This principle also applies to all aspects - may it be time, capital, manpower, networks, customer

relations, facilities, etc. Because resources are limited, as the business landscape becomes increasingly competitive, managers need to ensure the optimal utilization of resources. Additionally, even as markets expand and open forth opportunities for growth, the global economy also opens up the field for multinational competitors. Since time is a limited resource, which cannot be procured and purchased, proactive leaders need to delegate operational routines so they can concentrate on the things that really matter.
