If you've worked medical claims and denial management, this is your lane. We need someone who can read a denial, work out why it happened, and chase it down until it's resolved.
What you'll do:
• Review, process, and manage medical insurance claims
• Investigate denial reasons and follow up with insurers until resolved
• Apply insurance guidelines and keep processing compliant
• Coordinate with internal teams, insurers, and other stakeholders
What we need:
• At least 1 year in medical claims or denial management
• Hands-on experience with medical insurance and claims workflows
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Hospital or physician billing experience is a plus
⚠️ Important: this role requires medical insurance or claims experience. Life, auto, or dental claims alone won't qualify.
