- Must have a valid SO license

- Must have a good moral character and no criminal record
- At least 5’6” in height
- At least 2 years experience in handling security guards
- Hotel experience is an advantage but not a must.

- Good knowledge of proper methods of handling and storing food.
- Ability to supervise, instruct and give on-the-job training to others and evaluate program.
- Ability to plan work and coordinate kitchen activities to meet meal schedules.
