Another side of me

I am not sporty, nor a traveler; but i would like to if given a chance. It is my childhood dream to climb this mount as I took the picture from my window. Then the right time has come when a group of experienced mountaineers invited me to join them in their feat to conquer the Philippines highest peak for the nth time. Why not? I have come to age, and my desire is steaming hot if not boiling. Challenge heartily accepted! Months and years of grueling physical preparation coupled with emotional, social, spiritual and financial readiness before the major climb. Challenges and problems do come in our way as expected or a surprise in mountaineering. But they are accepted, embraced and I find joy in solving and getting through them knowing that it is part of the journey. And yes I did it! Twice for Mt. Apo and to a number other mountain ranges in Mindanao. The journey to doing what you love is never easy, but when you love what you are doing, there is just inner joy, happiness, and passion that reflects in your attitude towards life. Not competing with others, but sincerely thankful and silently proud saying to yourself Yes! I did it! and it was successful!

Hi, I am May Lynne Campos Saberon, a WriteOnline Virtual Assistant specializing in Data Entry, Transcription, Writing, Editing and Proofreading. A BS Business Administration degree holder, and had 15 years of work experience as administrative officer and staff in various international humanitarian organizations. A freelance documenter and I also write poems and short stories. Now, I am a home-based freelancer and a fulltime mother to my daughter who is in Kinder.
