Ilang days na lang before 2026. You can't focus on what matters in 2026 kung dala mo pa yung excess baggage ng 2025. So mag-declutter ka.
• Unfollow or block people/pages na hindi ka tinutulungan mag-grow.
• Cut the access. Remove people who keep reopening the wound.
• Delete photos, conversations, and reminders of relationships that already expired
• I-release mo yung stress. Isulat mo, lakad ka, umiyak ka, huminga ka. Don't store it in your body.
• Bitawan mo na yung beliefs na pumipigil sa yo umusad.
You don't need to enter 2026 smiling.
You need to enter 2026 unburdened.
