** Bachelorโ€™s degree in Mining Engineering or any related technical field.
โ€ข A valid PRC license (for Mining ) is an advantage.
**At least 5 years experience in Mining operation.
** Demonstrated experience in nickel laterite operations, including mining, hauling, stockpiling.
** Familiarity with contractor performance evaluation, KPIs, and operational cost control
** Strong project management skills in planning, scheduling, ex*****on, and cost monitoring.
** Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, especially under operational pressure.
