📢 NEW BOOKING POLICY | YARDA PLAY PICKLEBALL COURTS 🏏
To provide a smoother and more organized booking experience for everyone, we’ve officially updated our Booking Policy. Please take a moment to read and familiarise yourself with the guidelines before making your next reservation.
Key reminders:
✅ Full payment (or half payment) is required to confirm your booking.
✅ The remaining balance must be settled before or on the day of your reservation.
✅ Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled once at no additional cost.
✅ Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the schedule and no-shows are non-refundable.
✅ Our Closed Court remains playable during normal rain, while Open Court bookings may be transferred or rescheduled depending on weather conditions and availability.
✅ Please arrive at least 10 minutes early and help us keep our courts clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.
✅ Strictly No Smoking within the premises
✅ No Food and Drinks inside the Court (except bottled water, electrolytes, and light snacks).
✅ Please avoid loud noise after 12:00 AM to respect our neighbours
These policies help us manage court availability fairly and ensure the best experience for all players.
