PAYMENT FIRST POLICY effective April 15, 2026

Why do we follow a payment first policy?
To make things clear for everyone, here’s why:

➡️Please note that your order was custom-made — involving time, effort, and materials specifically for your request. Since these items cannot be reused or resold to others, a cancellation at this stage results in wasted resources and potential losses on our part.
2️⃣"Anha sana akung order kuhaon rana nako og naa nakoy pambayad"
➡️Please understand that we’re not a storage facility.
We can’t hold or delay finished orders for a long time until it’s convenient for you to pick them up or settle payment. We manage our schedule carefully to make sure every customer gets their order on time and with good service.
3️⃣"Iwas Bogus Buyer"
➡️We know that not all sellers are reliable, and sometimes buyers can take advantage too. But with us, you can be confident—we have proof that we’re a trusted business and a good track record of delivering your orders right and on time.
4️⃣ "Ensure a smooth process for all involved"
➡️It helps confirm your order quickly so we can start working without delays and make the process smooth for everyone. This policy also covers the cost of materials and effort, especially since many orders are custom-made. That way, we can give you better service and deliver your order on time.
“Payment first” doesn’t mean we don’t trust you — it simply keeps things clear, fair, and organized for everyone.
