HOW TO PREPARE INJOY’S TAPIOCA PEARLS?
1. Boil 6 liters of water in a stockpot.
2. Once boiling, gradually add contents of 1kg pack of inJoy Tapioca Pearls.
3. Stir until pearl start floating.
4. Cover and allow boiling in medium fire for 35-40 minutes.
5. Turn off heat and set for 30 minutes. Don't remove the cover.
6. Strain and rinse with running water preferable cold water.
7. For the syrup, dissolve 1/2 kg of brown sugar in 1/2 kg water and allow mixture to boil. Remove from heat and then add to the cooked inJoy Tapioca Pearls.
HOW TO COOK INJOY’S TAPIOCA PEARLS USING RICE COOKER? Do take note though that the tapioca pearls might be chewier/softer due to the heat from the rice cooker.
1.Add 3L of water to rice cooker. Turn on.
2. Once boiling, add 1kg inJoy Milktea Tapioca Pearls. Stir.
3. Boil for 20 mins.
4. Remove plug of rice cooker. Allow pearls to soak for 30 mins.
5. Add ½ kg of brown sugar into mixture.
HOW TO REHEAT INJOY’S TAPIOCA PEARLS?
1.Pour cooked pearls with sugar syrup into pot.
2. Turn on heat. Stir.
3. Let boil for 1-2 minutes.
