🔹 Requirements for OFW and Locally Stranded Individual or LSI Bohol to Manila
✔️ Go to the Barangay Hall and register for Barangay Clearance that you are NOT PUI / PUM signed by Barangay Official
✔️ Proceed to City or Municipal Health Office to get Medical Certificate
✔️ Go to the Mayors Office
✔️ Lastly, go to your local PNP Sub Office to secure your Covid Shield Travel Pass
🔹 Requirements for OFW with Direct Ticket for International Flight 🔹Bohol to Manila
✔️ Secure the Barangay Certificate signed by the Brgy Captain
✔️ Bring the barangay certificate and employment certificate and show your ticket when you proceed to secure Medical Certificate at Provincial Health Office or PHO
✔️ Go to the Provincial Capitol to secure PEMA Clearance
🔹 Requirements for OFW and Locally Stranded Individual or LSI 🔹Manila to Bohol
✔️ Contact your Bohol LGU focal person informing that you will go home
✔️ Secure Medical Certificate from your point of origin
✔️ Get the Travel pass Authority at your point of origin nearest PNP Post .
🚨 NOTE: Bring all original documents on the day of your travel. This will be asked at your entry of airport at NAIA and also this will be needed in Bohol airport arrival
🚨 NOTE: There will be a welcome party on your arrival in Bohol to do the health standard protocol. And you will be fetched and sent to your designated quarantine facilities according to your locality you've given.
