Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Team as an Admin & Finance Associate! We need 4 Associates!
We are looking to expand our operations team with the addition of a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin and Finance Associate. This position plays a vital role in supporting our financial functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Overview:
The Admin and Finance Associate will handle a variety of responsibilities, encompassing financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and data analysis. If you are a motivated individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for finance, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!
Available Shifts:
To accommodate different schedules, we have two shifts available:
- 2 Needed:
- First Shift: 7:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Second Shift: 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
- 2 Needed:
- First Shift: 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- Second Shift: 9:00 pm to 1:00 am
Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be entrusted with essential tasks, including but not limited to:
- Handling day-to-day account transactions
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts
- Managing the accounts payable and receivable processes
- Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
We are looking for someone who can collaborate effectively with team members while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications:
We welcome applicants with varying backgrounds:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable, but we also encourage newly graduated candidates or those from different fields to apply as we are willing to train.
- A year of experience in finance or accounting is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills are essential.
Preferred Skills:
If you have knowledge of basic finance principles, familiarity with online tools, or experience in budgeting and forecasting, these qualifications will be considered a plus!
