Announcing the 𝗥𝗘-𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 of the 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 for the 𝗖𝗦𝗨 𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗘 𝗔𝗗𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗬𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗘𝗫𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 (𝗖𝗔𝗤𝗘)) FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2024-2025. The CAQE is open to Incoming 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗛𝗠𝗘𝗡 and 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗙𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗦 only.

Access to the form will be open from 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟮-𝟮𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰.
Processing of applications shall be on a 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧-𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘-𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧-𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗘𝗗 basis.
𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚: Applicants are advised to register/apply only once. Double application will render both applications 𝗜𝗡𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗗.

Announcing the opening of the ONLINE APPLICATION FOR THE COTABATO STATE UNIVERSITY COLLEGE ADMISSION AND QUALIFYING EXAMINATION (CSU-CAQE) FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2023-2024

The CAQE is open to INCOMING COLLEGE FRESHMEN AND TRANSFERREES.

ALL APPLICANTS ARE ADVISED TO READ THE POSTED INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE APPLYING AND TO MAKE AVAILABLE THE SCANNED COPIES OR PHOTOS OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS FOR ATTACHMENT:
• 2x2 ID Photo (with name tag and white background)
• Form 138 or Report Card with the student’s recent grade for Incoming Freshmen /Transcript of Records or Certification of Grades for Transferees
• School ID for Incoming Freshmen or any Valid ID for Transferees (back-to-back scanned copy or photo)
