For more than 20 years, we started developing this machine invention that undergoes incubation periods and with so many design modifications and retrofitting until we produced the one with most efficient output. Pegged at around 90% and higher!!
This propel so much development in CACAO FARMING AND PROCESSING in the Philippines since then!
In retrospect, one of our good friends here who happened to adapt and adapt their forebears long time business- CACAO PROCESSING, asked us to make a machine that could possibly speed up processing of CACAO, particularly in making CACAO TABLEA.
He was the one who discovered that inclussion of CACAO HUSKS in TABLEA MAKE THEM EASY TO BE SPOILED AND RANCID AND DEVELOPED AFFLATOXINS AND MYCOTOXINS! THAT RENDERED CACAO TABLEA UNPALATABLE AND NOT SAFE FOR LONG SHELF LIFE!
He fervently asked us to make one since -"Nasusugat ang mga daliri at umaayaw ang mga katulong sa pagbabalat ng roasted cacao beans", he said in Tagalog. "At mahigit 1-hour ang pagbabalat ng 1 kilo lang. " He added. " So, napakahirap at sobrang abala". And we took the challenge!
Then the rest was history!
It was good to note that the design, as a result, was not just for single work, but, up to its 4-usages already in just 1 machine and one setting at a time!
We called them 4-in-1 Machine since then!
It is all about the CACAO BEAN CRACKER, NIBS AND HUSK REMOVER, HUSKS AND BEAN SEPARATOR, and HUSK WINNOWER!
With this simple machine, It propelled cacao processing for up to a split seconds in a much effective t and efficient way!
